Your Questions, Answered
Is therapy right for me?
If grief, divorce, challenging family relationships, or other difficult life circumstance has left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a gentle, supportive way to navigate these feelings.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual sessions are available across Ontario to make support accessible regardless of location.
What if I’m nervous or unsure what to say?
That’s completely normal. Therapy is a space where you can be yourself — even if you don’t have all the words yet. We’ll take it one step at a time.
Are sliding scale fees available?
Yes, a limited number of reduced-fee sessions are offered to ensure therapy is accessible. Please inquire during your consultation.
How long does therapy usually last?
Each person’s journey is unique. Some find a few sessions helpful, while others engage in ongoing support. We will collaborate to find what works best for you.
