Therapy Tailored to Grief and Divorce Recovery

A woman in a checkered blazer takes notes in a green-edged notebook during a conversation with a client, sitting on a gray cushioned chair.

Divorce, grief, or other big life change or loss can shake the very foundation of your life — your identity, family relationships, and sense of security. Therapy offers a chance to process these changes, rebuild your  sense of self, and plan for your future with intention.

Individual or group, in-person or virtual.

Please contact me for more information.

Individual Therapy

A person wearing a light-colored long sleeve shirt, sitting at a white desk, writing in a lined notebook with a patterned pen. They are holding a cup of coffee in their other hand. There are open books on the desk, one with text in English.

Regardless of what you are going through (difficult relationships, self-esteem issues, anxiety, etc), you can explore the full spectrum of your feelings, — sadness, anger, confusion, relief — in a safe and confidential space. Together, we’ll develop coping strategies and a healing plan that respects your pace.

Your Questions, Answered

Is therapy right for me?

If grief, divorce, challenging family relationships, or other difficult life circumstance has left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a gentle, supportive way to navigate these feelings.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Virtual sessions are available across Ontario to make support accessible regardless of location.

What if I’m nervous or unsure what to say?

That’s completely normal. Therapy is a space where you can be yourself — even if you don’t have all the words yet. We’ll take it one step at a time.

Are sliding scale fees available?

Yes, a limited number of reduced-fee sessions are offered to ensure therapy is accessible. Please inquire during your consultation.

How long does therapy usually last?

Each person’s journey is unique. Some find a few sessions helpful, while others engage in ongoing support. We will collaborate to find what works best for you.
